THE END IS IN SIGHT
Today I sign the sale papers for this house and Friday we sign the papers for the new house. After lots of stressful days and nights, it looks like everything will pan out according to plan. We are packing today and will load up the truck tonight and tomorrow, then drive up to Portland tomorrow night. Everyone keep those positive thoughts and good karma going. My back and hips are better and I am almost back to normal - maybe 85% of my bad self, not my good self. Kowabunga!

I may have spoken too soon. We are closing on this house Friday, so getting funds to Portland in time will be touch and go. May have jinxed myself by speaking too soon. We'll see.
it will go through. just please don't hurt yourself! make sure you and kev do the heavy stuff together... and if K has any friends for hire, you could always do that. it's worth it not to kill yourself with the strain.
so if it's okay, i'm going to start changing the address on some of my bills.
It's almost over - hallelujah. I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for you. How are the kitties holding out? Take it easy with the ol' back.
me too. i just have to survive my biology final tomorrow, and then i am finished! yay!!!
Yipee! Cassandra is near the end of all her hard work. You sure did it the hard way. You may have some kind of record for the most classes and college work for a Bachelor's degree. I am so proud of you for sticking it out when you must have gotten tired and frustrated though it all. Great job. You are my hero. Love ya.
Due to errors by Wells Fargo, we will not close til mid-week next week. Bummer. I have a truck that I can't unload that I will have to pay a late fee on, among other inconveniences. Oh well, these things happen.
that sucks. but it will be over soon.
i finished my last final on friday. i won't know what my grades are until august 15th, but i am assuming that i at least passed all of my classes. what a pain it's been!
did you close on one house, but not the other? or what?

The one is dependent on the other, so neither at this point. Wednesday.
so where is everyone living until then?
Kev's apartment, and the buyers are still in their rental.
when does k have to be out? is zac still there?
Zac was out last month. I have until the 14th.
