OK, One More Time with Fingers Crossed
Our buyers signed the papers today and funds should be available for the new house tomorrow, Wednesday at the latest. I'll keep you posted. All in all, not too many problems for a do it yourself deal.

cool. awesome. now that school is finished it should be easier for me to arrange a break long enough for another visit. of course, it's not likely to be until november or december, by which time you will already be here. but at least i could visit kevin maybe...
Tomorrow we sign the papers. Everything was finalized late today (Tues) and funds were wired to the Beaverton title company. The funds should be there in the a.m. and we will unload two trucks thereafter. I got the last of our stuff from the goodnight house today and will empty the storage units Thursday. I will only need to go to Corvallis to pickup the furniture that Charley is working on. Ya tou.
hey, cool, charley is working on something? which pieces? the couch? or chairs?
Congratulations! It's finally a done deal. Now you can relax and move in to the other house (temporarily)...
Charley is redoing the three piece set with the recliner - the beige set. The blue one is long gone - given away wo Kev's friends. The pieces will essentially be new.
sounds really cool. can you post pictures when you get them back? i'd like to see charley's handiwork.
